Return Policy

This Return Policy describes your rights to withdraw from a purchase, return products and receive a refund when you buy from Chakrelloz ("we", "us", "our") via the website https://chakrelloz.ddd. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Norway, you have statutory withdrawal and return rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and Norwegian consumer law. This policy explains how we implement those rights and our procedures.

2. Right of withdrawal (EEA/Norway consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) using the contact details above. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission or any other clear statement. If you use our email, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal. To meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the period has expired. If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except where you have chosen a more expensive delivery option than our standard offer, in which case we may only refund the cost of our standard delivery). We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or we have failed to inform you that you must bear it. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging where not necessary to check the product may affect the value).
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under the Consumer Rights Directive and Norwegian law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain sealed supplement bottles once opened).
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications.
For food supplements such as Enerbalyx: if the product is sealed (e.g. with a safety seal or shrink wrap), you may lose the right of withdrawal once you break that seal, because the product is then no longer suitable for resale for health and hygiene reasons. You may still withdraw and return the product if it is unopened and in its original packaging. If you have opened the product, we are not obliged to accept a return under the withdrawal right, but you may still have rights if the product is faulty (see section 5 below). If in doubt, contact us before opening the product.
4. How to return the product
To return a product:
- Contact us at contact@chakrelloz.world (or by post to the address above) and state that you wish to withdraw and return the product. Include your order number and name so we can identify your order.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible, and include any documents we sent (e.g. order confirmation). We recommend using a trackable delivery service so you can prove that you sent the goods.
- Send the package to: Chakrelloz, Jernbanetorget 1, 0154 Sentralhallen S, Norway. We will confirm the return address when you contact us if different from this address.
- Keep proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt and processed your refund.
You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment unless we have agreed to arrange and pay for the return (e.g. in the case of faulty goods). If the product is damaged in transit on the way back to us, we may need to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Faulty or non-conforming products
If the product you received is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product or quantity), you have statutory rights under Norwegian and EEA consumer law. These rights are not limited by the 14-day withdrawal period. You may be entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of the product at no cost to you, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
- A price reduction if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate.
- Rescission of the contract (full refund) if the lack of conformity is serious or we have not remedied it within a reasonable time.
You must inform us of the lack of conformity within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. In Norway, the Consumer Purchase Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) typically gives you a two-year right to claim for defects from the time of delivery; for the first six months, it is often presumed that the defect existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise. For full details, refer to the applicable consumer legislation in your country. To make a claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the fault or non-conformity, and (if possible) photos. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. Where the product is faulty or non-conforming, we will usually reimburse your return shipping costs; we will inform you when you contact us.
6. Refund processing
Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receiving your withdrawal notification (and, where applicable, the returned goods) or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent the goods back. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method (e.g. card expired), we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Refunds do not include any charges you may incur from your bank or payment provider (e.g. currency conversion fees); we are not responsible for those. For returns under the right of withdrawal, we may deduct from the refund an amount equal to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning, as permitted by law.
7. Business customers
If you are not a consumer (e.g. you are buying in the course of your trade, business or profession), the statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive does not apply. Returns and refunds for business customers are at our discretion or as agreed in a separate agreement. We may accept returns of unopened products within a short period (e.g. 14 days) subject to you bearing the return cost and the product being in resalable condition. Contact us to discuss.
8. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we make changes. Changes do not affect your rights in relation to orders already placed; for those, the policy in force at the time of the order applies to the extent consistent with mandatory law. We encourage you to review this page before placing a new order.
